Course Description
A dynamic format utilizing lecture and demonstration address the rehabilitation management of patients with hand dysfunction. This interactive course is intended for the practicing PT, PTA, OT, COTA with a basic understanding of hand anatomy and pathology. Participants will gain insight into the appropriate therapy intervention to manage common hand diagnoses and acquire ‘Clinical Pearls’ from the experienced instructor. Following a review of hand anatomy, instruction on how to perform a comprehensive hand assessment will be presented. Common hand diagnoses will be discussed including specific tests and the appropriate treatment options. 14 contact hours, 1.4 CEUs

Objectives
